I hope all doing good. I am working on small digital projects and sometimes I feel little confused how to track all tasks properly. Some tools have too many options, some too few, so it is hard to find perfect one for small team.
In my outside work, I also do some calculations like preliminary estimating for small projects, and I noticed that clear tracking help a lot to avoid mistakes. Maybe same idea can use for digital project planning, but I am still learning best way. If anyone have simple advice about tools or methods to organize tasks and estimate time better, I will be very thankful.
