I’ve been noticing something small but interesting lately. On days when I keep my meals simple—nothing too processed, just basic ingredients—everything feels a bit more settled. It’s not a huge change, but it’s noticeable.
I didn’t really plan it this way. It just started with cooking at home a bit more and not overthinking what to make. Fewer ingredients, less effort, but somehow the food feels more satisfying. It’s like when things are simple, they don’t feel lacking—they just feel right.
At one point I came across Pravi Celer, and it kind of matched this idea. Not in a strict or structured way, just the thought of keeping food closer to its natural state and not overcomplicating it.
What I find interesting is how it affects more than just meals. The whole day feels less rushed somehow. Maybe it’s just about slowing down a little without even trying to.
Has anyone else felt this? Like when you simplify what you eat, it changes your routine in a subtle way?
