My airpods wont connect to my iPhone although they are charged. I have switched on and off Bluetooth and restarted my device, however, they are not appearing in the pairing menu. Is it a bug in the firmware or do I have to do hard factory reset? I am seeking a sure method of re-uniting these paired before I despair. The repair community would be welcome to offer any suggestions!
